Reginald Green is the Assistant Dean. Dean Green formulate the CRC’s long-term and short -term objectives, oversees the Fall Recruiting Program and job fairs, develops contacts with legal employers and counseling third year students and alumni.

Adriana Ramirez is the Assistant Director. Mrs. Ramirez assists in managing the CRC office, counsels 2Ls, and assists in planning and implementing programs, job fairs, and the Fall Recruitment Programs. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, a mediator and currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution at South Texas College of Law.
R. Arron Thomas is a Career Counselor with the Career Resources Center. Mr. Thomas is primarily responsible for our “First Year Initiative Program” in which he provides career counseling to our 1st year students and coordinates job search skills and development programming for the Center. He also assists in the compilation and reporting of graduation statistics.
Lori Vanlandingham is the Recruitment Coordinator. Ms. Vanlandingham is the CRC’s primary representative for all recruiting events and programs in which the law school participates. She coordinates and administers all aspects of theses events including but not limited to school registration, advertisement, distribution of student registration materials, collection and transmittal of resumes and application materials, and on-site and off-site responsibilities.

Maria Lopez is the Career Resources Coordinator. She serves as the initial contact person for the CRC. She is responsible for preparing and maintaining all posted job information for both law clerk and attorney positions and managing the computer-related information gathering and record keeping aspects of the Fall Recruiting Program.
