18th Annual Texas Insurance Law Symposium

Thursday and Friday, February 13-14, 2014

Program Description
The 18th Annual Texas Insurance Law Symposium agenda is packed with important topics for attorneys and insurance professionals. In addition to important updates on Auto Insurance and Homeowners Insurance, the Symposium includes a primer on Business Interruption Insurance, a U.S. Supreme Court Update, and sessions on agent liability, adjuster issues, additional insureds, appraisal strategies, and Stowers. The Symposium also devotes significant time to insurance litigation-related topics such as attorneys’ fees, witness preparation and mock trial issues, how Texas insurance litigation has evolved, and common challenges an insurance litigator is likely to experience and the pre-trial and trial strategies they can use to their client’s advantage. And, as in prior years, the Symposium concludes with the ever-popular Judicial Panel – which is designed to provide attendees with valuable information they would otherwise be unable to obtain.

Join your colleagues and obtain practical tools and techniques you can apply immediately to help best serve your clients.
