27th Annual Employment Law Conference

Thursday and Friday, July 17-18, 2014
(Register Now)

This year’s Employment Law Conference commemorates and celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act! The Conference is packed with important topics for Labor and Employment Attorneys and Human Resources Professionals.

In addition to EEOC’s premiere presentation commemorating the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Conference includes numerous other important sessions: the ever-popular Texas Law, Fifth Circuit and Regulatory Updates; LGBT, multi-cultural, and diversity workplace issues; background checks, compliance, and retaliation; and relationships between and among in-house counsel, independent contractors, and executives. Get the latest on critical employment laws – the ADA, FLSA, FMLA, PDA, and Texas Trade Secrets Act – and learn about common tactics used in mediations and plaintiff attorneys’ strategies.

Hear from top officials at both the EEOC and the NLRB and then join them, the Conference Faculty, and your fellow attendees at a Reception at the conclusion of Thursday’s program. Take advantage of Friday morning’s optional Roundtables to talk one-on-one with members of the Conference’s Faculty.

Come celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and obtain practical tools and techniques you can apply immediately in your workplace and which will help you best serve your clients.
