29th Annual Real Estate Law Conference

Thursday and Friday, June 5-6, 2014
(Register Now)

The 29th Annual Real Estate Law Conference is packed with important topics for real estate attorneys and practitioners. Come learn what you need to know about underwriting a deal; how best to negotiate with lenders; how to help your landlord clients collect; when you should include construction and completion guarantees; how to deal with AIA and TREC forms, “as is” waivers, title insurance, ROFRs and ROFOs, and mechanics liens; and which insurance issues are most critical for your client, the basics of forcible entry and detainer, ASTM changes and environmental due diligence, when and whether your client can drill for water, and how to get property out of probate. The Conference includes numerous other important sessions: the ever-popular Case Law Update, a Legislative Update, adverse possession and medical leasing basics, the current development regime under Chapter 42, and how nuisance claims have become Houston’s preferred method of zoning.

Obtain all your MCLE hours in two days or, if your schedule doesn’t permit you to be gone for two days, come for just one. Regardless of whether you come for the entire Conference or just part of it, you’ll obtain practical tools and techniques you can apply immediately to help best serve your clients.
