South Texas' Advocacy Celebrated in D.C.

U.S. Congressman Kevin Brady, Texas District 8, presented South Texas student advocates an America flag flown over the nation's capital in honor of the college's 100th national advocacy win. Brady (left) met with the winning team (left to right) Kristen Welsh, Jessica Sykora, Associate Dean T. Gerald Treece, Stephanie Howell, and South Texas President and Dean James J. Alfini. South Texas is the only law school in the nation to hold 100 national advocacy competition titles.
