Rule 213. Depositions as Evidence (1971)
TEXT
Depositions may be read in evidence upon the trial of any suit in which they are taken, subject to all legal exceptions which might have been made to the questions and answers, were the witness personally present before the court giving evidence.
Amended by order of July 21, 1970, eff. Jan. 1, 1971: The word "questions" has been substituted for "interrogatories."
