Rule 271. Charge to the Jury (1973)

TEXT

Unless expressly waived by the parties, the judge shall prepare and in open court deliver a written charge to the jury.

Amended by order of May 25, 1973, eff. Sept. 1, 1973: Last two sentences of the original rule have been deleted.
