Rule 356. Time for Filing Cost Bond (1946)
TEXT
(a) Whenever a bond for costs on appeal is required, the bond shall be filed with the clerk within thirty days after the date of rendition of judgment or order overruling motion for new trial.
(b) The affidavit in lieu of bond shall be filed not more than twenty days after the date of rendition of such judgment or order.
Amended by order of Oct. 10, 1945,eff. Feb. 1, 1946: The words, "rendition of," have been added immediately after the words, "date of," in subdivision (a), and the words, "the date of rendition of," immediately after the words, "twenty days after," in subdivision (b).
