Rule 380. Free Statement of Facts on Appeal for Paupers (1984)
TEXT
In any case where the appellant has filed the affidavit required by Rule 355 to appeal his case without bond, and no contest is filed, or any contest is overruled, the court or judge upon application of appellant shall order the official reporter to prepare a statement of facts, and to deliver it to appellant, but the court reporter shall receive no pay for same.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: The provision for preparation of a narrative statement of facts has been eliminated. Textual changes have also been made.
