Rule 401. Communications With the Court (1984)
TEXT
Correspondence or other communications relative to any matter before the court must be conducted with the clerk and shall not be addressed to or conducted with any of the justices or other members of the court's staff.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: The rule is rewritten to cover all kinds of communications.
