Rule 406. Evidence on Motions (1984)
TEXT
Motions dependent on facts not apparent in the record and not ex officio known to the court must be supported by affidavits or other satifactory evidence.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: The limitation to motions "made either to sustain or defeat the jurisdiction of the Court" has been deleted.
