Rule 446. Recall of Mandate (1984)
TEXT
If a Court of Appeals vacates, modifies, corrects or reforms its judgment after the mandate has been issued, the mandate shall have no further effect and a new mandate may be issued. The clerk shall at once give notice of such act to the clerk of the trial court and to all parties.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: The court's action nullifies the mandate without directing its return.
