Rule 449. Return of Execution

TEXT

All executions for costs of the Court of Civil Appeals shall be returnable by the sheriff or constable to whom they are directed within thirty, sixty, or ninety days from the date thereof, as the court or clerk thereof may direct.

Repealed by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984. Rule 447 provides for execution for appellate costs in the trial court.
