Rule 468. Filing of Application for Writ of Error (1984)
TEXT
(a) The Supreme Court may review final judgments of the Courts of Appeals upon writ of error.
(b) The application shall be filed with the clerk of the Court of Appeals within thirty days after the overruling of the last timely motion for rehearing.
(c) If any party files an application within the time specified, any other party who was entitled to file such an application but failed to do so shall have ten additional days in which to file it.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: Section (a) is former Rule 467 that is repealed.
