Rule 470. Number of Copies, Etc. (1978)
TEXT
The application for writ of error may be typewritten or printed. If it is typewritten, it must be with double space between the lines and on heavy white paper in clear type. Twelve legible copies of the application shall be delivered to the Clerk of the Court of Civil Appeals. The Clerk shall file all copies and forward them to the Supreme Court.
Amended by order of July 11, 1977, eff. Jan. 1, 1978: "Twelve" is substituted for "Nine." All copies to be filed.
