Rule 472. Forwarded to Supreme Court (1943)
TEXT
When an application for a writ of error to the Supreme Court is filed with the clerk of a Court of Civil Appeals, he shall note upon his record the filing of said petition, and promptly forward the same to the clerk of the Supreme Court with the original record in the case and the opinion of the Court of Civil Appeals, the motions filed therein, certified copies of the judgment and orders of the Court of Civil Appeals, and a copy of the appeal or the supersedeas bond of the appellant. The clerk need not so forward any exhibits that are not documentary in nature unless ordered to do so by the Supreme Court.
