Rule 492. Printing, Typing, Number of Copies (1984)
TEXT
Applications, motions, answers, briefs, arguments, and all other documents filed in the Supreme Court shall be printed or typewritten. Typewritten copies must be with double space between the lines and on heavy white paper in clear type. Twelve legible copies of each of such instrument shall be delivered to the Clerk of the Supreme Court. The Clerk shall file all copies. A copy of each instrument shall be delivered or mailed to the parties or their attorneys by the party filing it.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: The rule is rewritten to change the rule that required hand delivery by a party.
