Rule 499. Communication With the Court (1984)
TEXT
Correspondence or other communications relative to any matter before the court must be conducted with the clerk and shall not be addressed to or conducted with any of the justices or members of the court's staff.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: The rule is broadened to include all communications.
