Rule 508. Affidavit of Inability to Pay

If the party against whom the costs are adjudged by the Supreme Court shall make affidavit of his inability to pay, or give security therefor, he may apply to the Supreme Court for an order to require the clerk of the court to issue the mandate in the cause, which motion shall be governed by the provisions of Rule 355.

Repealed by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984. The former rule has no effect in view of Rule 507 requiring the clerk to issue the mandate without payment of costs.
