Rule 613. Duty of Officer

TEXT

The officer to whom such warrant is directed shall seize the property of such tenant, or so much thereof as shall be of value sufficient to satisfy such debt and costs, and safely keep it in his possession unless replevied, and make due return thereon to the court to which the warrant is returnable.
