Rule 737.1. Applicability of Rule (2010)
TEXT
This rule applies to a suit filed in a justice court by a residential tenant under Chapter 92, Subchapter B of the Texas Property Code to enforce the landlord's duty to repair or remedy a condition materially affecting the physical health or safety of an ordinary tenant. Rules 523-574b also apply to the extent they are not inconsistent with this rule.Added by order of Dec. 14, 2009, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.
