Rule 741. Requisites of Complaint (1984)
TEXT
The compaint shall describe the lands, tenements or premises, the possession of which is claimed, with sufficient certainty to identify the same, and it shall also state the facts which entitle the complainant to the possession and authorize the action under Articles 3973, 3974, 3975, Revised Civil Statutes.
