Rule 792. Time to File Abstract (1988)

TEXT

Such abstract of title shall be filed with the papers of the cause within thirty days after the service of the notice, or within such further time as the court on good cause shown may grant; and, in default thereof, the court may, after notice and hearing prior to the beginning of trial, order that no evidence of the claim or title of such opposite party be given on trial.
